...just a few short hours before being cut off from internet access, due to a cable being severed under the surface of the water, by about 300 feet, there was a lot of action on the hydrophones...luckily I was able to record it...
...now it's November 12th and finally I got a connection...at least enough to upload the audio...
...it was a singing humpback, in the morning and again in the evening...and some of the 'lyrics' seemed to be quite clear...
...in the middle of it all Pacific White Sided dolphins showed up and stayed on the Orca Sound hydrophones all night long...(they are not streaming just now, also due to the internet issues)...
...out the next day we found them not far away...
Cut Off from what we are accustomed to is very interesting...even the hydrophones don't work now...so I go out and put my portable ones in the water to see what I might hear...so far only ships...
...great things happened yesterday on the 11th and will post that as soon as possible...
