6-1-14 Maybe the Whales Would 'Rather Be' Here

Sunday, June 1st
...yesterday I 'jumped ship' to go out on the Center for Whale Research boat...and today Capt. Jim let me back on the Peregrine! :)......by the time we left Snug Harbor some of the whales had made it up to County Park...they were going slowly...they were in close to shore...it turned out to be a people and the whales day...

...the same J Pod whales who were here yesterday were present again today...they were foraging, playing, resting just like we have been used to seeing them in the past...

Maybe now they would 'rather be' here.
